Chris Miller is an American animator, director, and voice actor. His full name is Christopher Matthew Miller. He was born on 20th January 1968 in Washington, D.C., United States. He is best known for his Turbo (2013), Penguins of Madagascar (2014), The Boss Baby (2017), Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie (2017) and Smurfs (2025).

Miller stated, “I would be penniless and drunk on the corner, begging for cash, if I had not seen the film Sleeper.
