Blanca Araceli is a celebrated actress, director, producer, choreographer, and professional dancer whose career spans theater, film, and television. She gained widespread recognition for her role as the EMCEE in the Academy Award-winning Disney/Pixar film Coco. With over 120 stage performances—including more than 70 lead roles—Blanca has solidified her reputation in the performing arts. Her screen appearances include roles in popular series such as The Neighborhood (CBS), Killing It (Peacock TV), The Conners (ABC), American Horror Stories (FX on Hulu), and S.W.A.T. (CBS), as well as the film Kajillionaire.
Blanca’s contributions to the arts have earned her numerous awards, including the “Favorite Actress Award” at the 29th Annual Fred Awards for her work in Real Women Have Curves. She has been honored with the Golden Eagle Award by Community Impact, the “Be the Light” award from Danzantes Unidos, the Latin American Motion Pictures Award, and the Azteca Inka Gold Award. A passionate cultural advocate, she founded the Tierra Blanca Dance Company in 1996 and the Tierra Blanca Arts Center in 2002, creating educational programs to promote Mexican heritage and the arts. Since 2022, she has also served as an acting coach at The Village Acting Studio, continuing to mentor aspiring performers.
