Billy Ace Barratt is an award-winning English actor best known for his critically acclaimed performance in the television film Responsible Child (2019). At just 13 years old, he made history as the youngest actor to ever win the International Emmy Award for Best Actor, gaining international recognition for his powerful portrayal of a boy on trial for murder. Born in Brixton, London, Billy comes from a creatively inclined family. His mother, Carolyn Owlett, is a singer and actress best known for being part of the girl group The 411, while his grandfather is the celebrated Welsh rock and roll singer Shakin’ Stevens.
