Basil Joseph is an talented Indian film director, actor and writer. He was born on 28th April 1990 in Sulthan Bathery, Kerala, India. Basil is best known for his Kunjiramayanam (2015), Godha (2017), Gauthamante Radham (2020), Minnal Mural (2021), Mukundan Unni Associates (2022), Enkilum Chandrike (2023). Apart, Basil also will be a part of the new upcoming Indian movie Ajayante Randam Moshanam (2023).
In the year 2012, Basil began his career as an actor in the short film CET Life during his engineering days at College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He has also scripted and directed the short films, with Albert S Oru Thundu Padam and Priyamvadha Katharayano during his stint at Infosys, Trivandrum. In the year 2013, Basil started his career in the Malayalam film industry by assisting Vineeth Sreenivasan in his third directional venture, Thira.
