Asma Sayani is a Pakistani drama writer and has some magnificent TV serials to her credit. She was born in Karachi, Pakistan. She has written scripts for ARY Digital, Hum TV, Geo Entertainment, and Aplus.
She penned TV serial Ghalati (2019-2020), Rishtay Biktay Hain (2019), Qismat (2019), Yeh Ishq (2016-2017) Intezaar ( 2016), and Piya Mann Bhaye (2015).
After finishing her MA in Mass Communications, Asma Sayani started her career at Radio Pakistan and later joined Geo News. She was also associated with an NGO that works for the empowerment of female journalists in Pakistan.
Before starting her career as a screenwriter she worked at Geo Entertainment as a Content Manager and at Big Bang Entertainment as a Content Head.
