Artemas Bolour-Froushan (born April 16, 1993) is an English actor with a growing reputation in both stage and screen. Best known for his television roles as Jonah Breakspear in Carnival Row (2019–2023), Qarl Correy in House of the Dragon (2022), and the upcoming role of Buck Cashman in Daredevil: Born Again, Froushan is also making his mark in film with a role in Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale (2025).
Born in Connecticut to an English mother of French descent and an Iranian father, Froushan was raised in South London and educated at St Paul’s School in Barnes. He studied French and German at Oxford’s Brasenose College before training at LAMDA, completing his foundational degree in 2017. His early career includes acclaimed stage performances in London’s West End and Broadway, showcasing his classical training and multilingual background.
