Anthony Snow is a bi-racial actor from California, raised in the San Francisco Bay Area by his American father, William, a former USMC serviceman, and his mother, Angelita, who is a first-generation Mexican American. His early exposure to theater sparked an interest in acting, and he further honed his craft by studying at the prestigious American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, an institution known for producing notable alumni like Annette Bening, Benjamin Bratt, and Denzel Washington.
Anthony is perhaps best known for his portrayal of the notorious outlaw Clyde Barrow in the feature film remake The Barrow Gang, based on the infamous Bonnie & Clyde story. He has also appeared in several other feature films, such as Mamaboy alongside Gary Busey, Running Wild with Sharon Stone, and Notorious Nick, starring Kevin Pollack, Elizabeth Rohm, and Barry Livingston. His diverse roles showcase his acting range across genres, from drama to comedy.
Beyond his acting career, Anthony Snow has made his mark as a producer and director. His directorial debut was a boxing pilot made for ESPN, which featured three-time world champion Tony “The Tiger” Lopez. Additionally, he has produced eight films, served as an assistant director, and contributed to seven other projects in various crew roles. His time at UNLV also led him to form a friendship with Jimmy Walker, the actor and comedian famous for his role on the ’70s sitcom Good Times.
