Outside of Downton Abbey, Leech portrayed Paul Prenter, Freddie Mercury’s controversial manager, in the Oscar-winning biopic Bohemian Rhapsody (2018). He also had earlier notable roles in Cowboys & Angels (2003), for which he received an Irish Film & Television Award nomination, and as Marcus Agrippa in HBO’s historical drama Rome (2007).
