Alexandra Seal is an American actress, director, writer, and producer known for her work in television, film, and theater. Born in Seattle, Washington, she grew up in Bellevue and pursued her passion for acting by earning a B.A. in Theater from Ithaca College. She further honed her craft at the National Theater Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Center and the Moscow Art Theater. After a dance performance in Prague, she relocated to New York City to advance her career.
Seal has appeared in various television series, including roles as Tarsia’s fiancée in “Escape at Dannemora” (2018), Gloria in “A Murder at the End of the World” (2023), and Kate Flynn in “The Blacklist” (2023). Her film credits include the short film “Wait it Out” (2018), which she also directed, produced, and co-wrote, marking her directorial debut.
In addition to her on-screen work, Seal has an extensive theater background, performing with institutions such as the Barrington Stage Company, A.R.T., The Eugene O’Neill Center, and the Juilliard School of Music. She continues to be active in the entertainment industry, with upcoming projects including roles in “The Housemaid” (2025) and “Howl.
