Building on his success, Dhar launched his own production house, B62 Studios, in 2021. His next ambitious project was The Immortal Ashwatthama, a mythological superhero film intended as a trilogy. The film was to reunite him with Vicky Kaushal and also star Sara Ali Khan, with Ronnie Screwvala once again backing the production. Announced on the second anniversary of Uri, filming was scheduled to begin in mid-2021. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and escalating production costs, the project was delayed and eventually shelved.

In 2024, Dhar announced his highly anticipated second feature film, Dhurandhar, marking a new chapter in his filmmaking journey. The film stars Ranveer Singh in the lead, supported by an ensemble cast that includes Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, and young talent Sara Arjun. A blend of action, emotion, and drama, Dhurandhar is slated for release on 5 December 2025, promising another impactful cinematic experience from Aditya Dhar.
