As a director, Abu is well known for the Pakistani movies Tevar(2019), Sheenogai (2021), Javed Iqbal: The Untold Story of A Serial Killer (2022), Once Upon a Time in Karachi (2022) and Daadal (2023) also Abu Aleeha director the new upcoming Pakistani movie Taxali Gate (2024) featuring actors Ayesha Omar, Yasir Hussain and Iftikhar Thakur.
