The popular actor, Aasif began his career as a Junior Artist in the films Ready and Agneepath in 2011 and 2012. He got featured in the comedy-drama movie Toilet: Ek Prem Katha as a Reporter in 2017. The Next year, he appeared in the supernatural-horror film Pari as Ismail in 2018. He played the role of Bittu Sinha in the thriller movie India’s Most Wanted, starring Arjun Kapoor. The film story is about tracking down a terrorist in a covert mission. He later portrayed Parchun, a neighbor of the Giris in the black comedy movie Pagglait. 

In the year 2018, Aasif made his debut with the action crime-thrilling series Mirzapur as Babar, Maqbool’s nephew, on Amazon Prime Video. This series game him immense popularity later he was seen in its second season also. He starred in the Netflix crime drama Jamtara Sabka Number Ayega as Anas Ahmad in 2020. The story focuses on social engineering operations in the Jamtara district. He subsequently appeared in several popular series including Panchayat, Paatal Lok and Humorously Yours.
