Dheeraj Kumar is an famous Indian punjabi actor & writer. He was born on 20th March 1985 in Jalalabad, Punjab, India. An actor who mainly works in Punjabi films. A well-known Punjabi actor, Dheeraj Kumar has appeared in films such as Gandhi the Gangster, Qissa Panjab, Asli Punjab, Rocky Mental, Amaanat, Kala Shehar, Warning, Kade Dade Diyan Kade Pote Diyan and Dheeraj Kumar also be starring in the upcoming Indian film warning 2 (2023).

In the year 2015, Dheeraj Kumar debut his career with his appeared in Punjabi movies such as Rupinder Gandhi The Gangster and Qissa Panjab. In 2017, his first release includes the Punjabi comedy-drama ”Asli Punjab”, directed by Davinder Brar, and his second release was the drama film ”Great Sardaar”, directed by Ranjeet Bal. Later, he also worked in Diljit Dosanjh’s 2018 Punjabi Action-Drama movie ”Sajjan Singh Rangroot”, which was directed by Pankaj Batra.

His other releases include Kaka Ji, Rabb Da Radio 2, Mitti: Virasat Babbaran Di, Amaanat, and Ik Sandhu Hunda Si. In 2021, he worked in a Hindi short movie ”ShoeBox”, which was selected for the ‘Bengaluru International Short Flim Festival 2019’ and ‘Lake View International Flim Festivals 2019’. As a child, he loved cricket and wanted to become a cricket player, but his father wanted him to become a singer. After completing his graduation in Music, his father forcefully sends him to Shimla to persue his Master’s in Music. After a few years, his father’s died, and Dheeraj was confused with his life. While doing his master’s, one of his senior friends told him to pursue theatre, if you are interested in music. Later, he left his music degree and completed his master’s in theatre from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
