Yash Dasgupta originally name is Debashish Dasgupta, is an Indian actor, television personality, politician. He was born on 10th October 1985 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Currently, he is working in the Hindi and Bengali film industries. Yash starred as Aranya Singha Roy in the Bengali TV series Bojhena Se Bojhena, a Bengali adaptation of the Hindi series Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? aired from 4 November 2013 to 18 June 2016. The Indian Actor Yash Dasgupta will also be starring in the upcoming film Yaariyan 2 (2023).

In 2016, Yash Dasgupta debut his film was the 2016 romantic thriller Gangster directed by Birsa Dasgupta and parts of it were shot in Istanbul Turkey Yash was stranded with the film production unit amid the attempted military coup in Istanbul, Turkey Later the shooting of the film resumed.
