Sharan Sharma is an Indian film director. He was born in Mumbai, India. Sharan started out as part of Karan Johar’s team for Koffee with Karan, during the year 2013 – 2014.

Following that he worked as a director’s assistant for Yeh Jawani hai Deewani (2013) and then as a creative director for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016).

His 2020 releases include Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, which is his directorial debut, and stars Janhvi Kapoor in the lead role. His current direct upcoming movie (Mr. & Mrs. Mahi) will be released in 2023.
