  • Duplicate Certificate (Ordinary Processing): Rs. 5,000
  • Duplicate Certificate (Urgent Processing): Rs. 6,000

For those who have lost their certificate more than once and are now applying for a triplicate copy, the new fee is Rs. 12,000.

Duplicate Result Card Fees

In case a student has misplaced their result card and needs a replacement, the charges are:

  • Duplicate Result Card (Ordinary): Rs. 2,000

Reason for the Changes

Speaking about the revised fees, Controller Riaz Qadeer explained that these updates were made to improve transparency and maintain uniformity in the Board’s services. He said the new rates reflect the increasing operational costs and are designed to enhance service delivery standards for students and institutions alike.

Who Will Be Affected?

These new rates are now applicable to all individuals and organizations who wish to apply for certificate verification, duplicate documents, or any other related services offered by BISE Sargodha. Students, educational institutions, government bodies, and private employers should take note of these changes before submitting their applications.
