BISE Quetta Announces Matric Results 2025 – Complete Details Here

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Quetta has officially announced the results of this year’s Matric (9th and 10th class) annual exams. According to the board, the overall pass percentage is 68.10%, which means more than half of the students passed their exams.

The Chairman of BISE Quetta, Muhammad Ishaq, shared that a total of 148,114 students appeared in the matric exams this year. Out of these, 100,870 students successfully passed. This shows that many students worked hard and performed well in their exams.

In the list of toppers, Aftab Alam, a student of Balochistan Residential College, achieved the first position by scoring 1,051 marks. Muhammad Hashir got the second position with 1,043 marks. The third position was shared by two studentsMuhammad Tufail and Saqib Ali — who both scored 1,038 marks. These students showed excellent performance and have made their families and schools proud.

When we look at the results grade-wise, the performance varies. In the 9th-grade exams, 69,275 students appeared, but only 32,067 students passed. This means the pass percentage for 9th grade was 46.29%, which is less than half. It shows that many students may need to improve their preparation for next year.

On the other hand, the 10th-grade students performed much better. A total of 78,839 students took the 10th-class exams, and 68,803 of them passed. This gives a high pass percentage of 87.27%. This strong result shows that many 10th graders were well-prepared and confident during the exams.

Overall, the results highlight the hard work of both students and teachers. However, the low pass rate in 9th grade shows that there is still room for improvement, especially in helping younger students build a strong academic foundation.
