How the Alfalah Worklee App Works
Alfalah Worklee offers a smooth and simple experience for users. Anyone can easily download the app, create a profile, and apply for job openings at Bank Alfalah. Once hired, some roles even allow employees to work from home. This makes it easier for people who can’t travel to offices due to personal, physical, or social reasons.
At first, the app will focus on hiring people for remote roles such as WhatsApp Chat Agents for the bank’s contact center. However, Bank Alfalah plans to expand the types of jobs available in the future — including roles like programmers or coders, depending on the bank’s business needs.
This initiative supports the State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) Banking on Equality framework. It shows Bank Alfalah’s strong commitment to promoting equal opportunities, financial independence, and digital innovation.

Once downloaded, users can register through a simple process that includes an assessment and some basic training. After completing these steps, they can begin providing services remotely for specific job roles offered by the bank.
