The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has officially revealed the ticket prices for the much-anticipated three-match T20 International (T20I) series between Bangladesh and Pakistan. The series will kick off on July 20 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
To make tickets accessible for all types of fans, the BCB has set ticket prices ranging from Tk 300 to Tk 3,500. Whether you’re a regular supporter or looking for a premium experience, there’s an option available for everyone.
This time, the BCB is focusing on a digital-first approach for ticket sales. Starting from July 15, tickets can only be bought online through the official eTicket platform. Fans can visit the site, choose the match date, gallery, block, and the number of tickets they want to purchase. Payments can be made using credit/debit cards or digital wallets like bKash and Nagad. However, each registered user will be allowed to buy only four tickets per match.
All three matches will be held at the same venue in Mirpur, with the second game on July 22 and the third on July 24. To enter the stadium, fans can show either printed tickets or digital tickets on their phones. Both forms will be accepted at the gates.
If some tickets remain unsold after the online sale, those will be sold at special ticket booths near the stadium on match days. The BCB will share the exact booth locations and other important updates on its official social media and website.
Here is a breakdown of ticket categories and their prices:
- Eastern Gallery – Tk 300
- Northern Gallery – Tk 400
- Shaheed Abu Sayed Stand – Tk 800
- Club House – Tk 800
- International Gallery – Tk 1,500
- Lounge – Tk 3,500
- Grand Stand – Tk 2,500
Pakistan Team to Arrive on July 16
The Pakistan national cricket team is expected to arrive in Bangladesh on July 16, just four days before the opening match. This series serves as a rematch between the two teams following their last meeting in May, where Pakistan defeated Bangladesh with a clean 3-0 whitewash at home.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has already announced its 15-member squad for the series on July 8, with all-rounder Salman Ali Agha leading the side as captain.
However, the team will be missing two key players — vice-captain Shadab Khan and fast bowler Haris Rauf — both of whom are out due to injuries.
Injury Updates
- Shadab Khan recently underwent shoulder surgery in the UK to fix a long-term issue in his right shoulder. According to medical experts, he will need more time to recover fully.
- Haris Rauf suffered a Grade 1 hamstring injury while playing in the 2025 Major League Cricket (MLC) tournament in the USA. The injury happened during a match between his team, the San Francisco Unicorns, and the Texas Super Kings.
Bangladesh Yet to Announce Squad
On the other hand, Bangladesh’s national team has not yet announced its squad for the series. This is because they are currently playing another T20I series against Sri Lanka, which is presently tied 1-1. The deciding match of that series is scheduled for July 16 in Colombo, after which the final squad for the Pakistan series is expected to be revealed.
