A member of the Shiv Sena IT cell lodged a complaint against US based online streaming giant, Netflix accusing that the platform is defaming Hindus globally. Complainant Ramesh Solanki documented a FIR at Mumbai’s LT Marg police headquarters and refered to instances of web substance like Sacred Games, Leila, Ghoul and the shows of standup entertainer Hasan Minhaj, blaming Netflix for attempting to “paint an off base picture of Hindus and India internationally.”
As per reports, Solanki asked the specialists to investigate the referenced substance and make fundamental move against them. He additionally proposed to gather their group or to drop their licenses, whichever considered fit to the concerned specialists.

In his objection, Solanki expressed, “Pretty much every arrangement on Netflix India is with the expectation to stigmatize the nation on a worldwide level. It is with profound established Hinduphobia that the stage is depicting the country in a terrible light,”
“I encourage the specialists to investigate the majority of the previously mentioned substance and make the fundamental strides from gathering their group to dropping their licenses as esteemed fit. One can’t permit an inaccurate speculation dependent on false talk attempting to malign a religious minority, that is, Hindu in nations other than India,” he included.
Mr Solanki has asked the police to “make vital legitimate move” against Netflix for “harming Hindu feelings.”
Prior, a part from the Akali Dal pummeled Netflix and the group of Sacred Games 2 over a ‘kada scene’, which he encouraged Netflix India to be evacuated as it hurt the religious feelings of Sikhs.
