9th Class Registration New Schedule Announced – Last Date & Fee Details

9th Class Registration New Schedule Announced - Last Date & Fee Details

In a recent announcement, all education boards across Pakistan have decided to extend the registration deadline for the 9th-grade annual examinations. This decision has been made to facilitate students, parents, and educational institutions who were facing difficulties in completing the registration process on time.

New Deadline for Registration Without Late Fee

According to the updated schedule, students can now be registered until July 20, 2025, without any late fee. This extension gives more time to:

  • Public and private schools
  • Private (independent) candidates
  • Students who recently transferred schools or changed their academic board

Educational institutions are urged to make the most of this extension and ensure that all eligible students are registered properly before the new deadline.

Who Can Register?

The registration is open to:

  • Regular students: Those enrolled in government or private schools
  • Private candidates: Students who are studying at home or not enrolled in any school
  • Repeaters: Those who failed in previous attempts and want to reappear
  • New applicants: Students entering 9th grade for the first time

Registration is compulsory for students who want to appear in the 9th class board exams in 2026. Without registration, no student will be allowed to take the exam.

Late Registration and Penalty Fee

If a student or institution fails to register before July 20, there is still a second chance. Registrations will still be accepted from July 21 to August 4, 2025, but with a late fee of Rs. 600 per student.

It is important to note:

  • The late fee is non-refundable.
  • Registrations after August 4 will not be accepted under any circumstances, so all schools must treat this as the final deadline.

How to Register?

The registration process can usually be completed online through the official website of your respective education board (like BISE Lahore, BISE Rawalpindi, etc.). Schools and private candidates should:

  1. Visit the board’s official registration portal
  2. Fill in the required student details carefully
  3. Upload required documents (e.g., Form-B, recent photograph, previous class result)
  4. Pay the registration fee (via bank or online method)
  5. Submit and print the confirmation slip for record

Institutions must double-check all information before final submission to avoid errors that could cause problems later.

Important Advice for Students and Parents

  • Don’t wait until the last day to register—websites may be slow or face technical issues due to high traffic.
  • Keep a copy of the registration slip and fee receipt as proof.
  • Ensure all documents are correct and complete.
  • If you are a private student, get help from the nearest facilitation center or your chosen exam center.

This extension is a great opportunity for students who might have missed the earlier deadline. Education boards want to ensure no deserving student is left behind. However, missing the final deadline (August 4, 2025) means you’ll have to wait another year to appear in exams.

So, if you’re planning to appear in the 9th Class Board Exams 2026, complete your registration as soon as possible!
